Directions
Preheat oven to 250F.  Line baking sheets with parchment paper.  Thinly slice apples (a mandolin would work well for this) and lay in a single layer on baking sheets.  Sprinkle the apple slices with cinnamon, OLiV Balsamic Vinegar & a pinch of salt (if using).  Bake in the oven for 1 - 1 1/2 hours flipping slices after about 1/2 hour.  Remove from oven and let sit to crisp. Makes a nice healthy snack.
